We provide done-for-you CRM buildouts, custom marketing automation systems, business coaching, and related services primarily for health and wellness practice owners — including chiropractors, functional medicine practitioners, and wellness clinics.

Service details, pricing, and scope are further described in your individual service agreement or onboarding materials. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement will govern.

SMS Messaging Services

Systems Co. LLC operates a registered SMS messaging program. When you submit your phone number through any of our opt-in forms and check the applicable consent box(es), you agree to receive text messages from Systems Co. LLC as described below.

Program Description

Systems Co. LLC sends SMS messages to clients, leads, and contacts who have opted in through our website forms. Message types include appointment confirmations and reminders, service-related updates about your account, follow-up communications related to your onboarding or active services, responses to your inquiries, and — for those who have separately opted in — promotional messages including special offers and new service announcements.

SMS Data Commitment

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of text messaging services required to deliver those messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your relationship with Systems Co. LLC. Non-marketing messages are sent based on your appointments, service activity, and account milestones. Marketing messages, if opted in, are sent periodically and no more than necessary to keep you informed of relevant offers.

Clients who purchase services are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables built for their specific account for their own business purposes. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or use of Systems Co. materials to compete with Systems Co. LLC or to build systems for third parties.

Systems Co. LLC provides automation systems, CRM buildouts, and coaching services. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, patient growth, or lead conversion rates. Results vary depending on factors outside our control, including how the systems are used, market conditions, and individual business performance.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systems Co. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in any Systems Co. service, you agree to the payment schedule associated with your selected tier. All setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement. Systems Co. LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
